louisamaria Hi Amelia! You just purchased the Anthropologie striped Maeve dress and I made a terrible mistake!! I sent the white Maeve dress in error today !! I’m trying to figure out the best way to correct this mistake!! Any ideas!!?? I will send out the correct one tomorrow-I may need your address again if I can’t pull it up from the previous downloaded label. Also, I can work out something with you to pay you to send back the white one?? Yikes!! So sorry

louisamaria Ok I just looked in my closet and I had deleted the listing because I was going to edit it and take more photos so it's not there anymore! It was a white cotton sleeveless a-line Maeve dress (I think it was actually a size 10). I was able to generate a new label for the dress you bought (the blue striped) and will send out tomorrow. Just keep the white one when you get it, if it doesn't fit, donate :)

louisamaria One more thing--I just realized that I won't be able to use this same order's label even though I generated another one because they are the exact same label and the postal service/poshmark won't be paying for shipping twice. Hmmm sorry is this is confusing -trying to figure out the best way to do this.

louisamaria just checked on the shipment status section and there is a drop down where you can submit "sent wrong item" it states Poshmark will notify you (the buyer) and then you submit a case for "wrong item sent" May take a while...not sure what you think?
