lmw52885 I’m also new to Poshmark and opened a claim at first because I wasn’t sure what the correct process was. I’d still like to keep the rings. I don’t wish to get a refund. I would just like to have the missing ring. I can try to contact Poshmark to see if I can cancel the claim. I’m sorry. Didn’t mean to cause any confusion.
