wheel_n_deal @ameliagard42 Amelia - My household is not a smoking household. However, the woman that lives below me does. Apparently the smell is coming up through the floor. Tell me what I can do to remedy the situation. This is my livelihood that we’re talking about here so I take negative comments quite seriously.

wheel_n_deal @ameliagard42 Ok, please let me know the results and we’ll take it from there. (I admittedly wasn’t thinking and kept these shoes on the floor in my closet and the smell is coming up thru the floor….and with these being wool….it holds smells much more so than leathers etc.) Lesson definitely learned on my end tho.
