vies_closet @ameliarousseau9 hi there, I’m so sorry that there are issues with the bag. I honestly didn’t see anything wrong with it when I packed it up and I haven’t used it in ages. After I received your message yesterday I contacted Poshmark immediately (sorry, I’m still learning the ins and outs of using Poshmark) to see how I can get in touch with you to request photos and issue a refund, if required.

vies_closet @ameliarousseau9 They mentioned that I’m cannot reverse the sale or refund the funds at this point given you had released the payment but said you should reach out to Poshmark support directly and they will try to assist. Please try to reach out to support and let them know I’m happy to issue a refund if there is an issue with the purse.

ameliarousseau9 I’m out 80.00. I’m also just learning as your bag was my first transaction. I didn’t realize that by “releasing the payment “ meant I couldn’t get a refund. We live and learn.... no hard feelings. Thank you for your reply.

vies_closet @ameliarousseau9 no need for apologies! I really would like to have this resolved for you. May I suggest you reach out to Poshmark support to see if they can come up with a solution/way for us to get you a refund? If they really can’t do anything, we’ll try to figure something else out?
