vsp2120 Hi! I bought your Tom's Nepal Boots (size 11). I know you said in the listing that you thought the size might be slightly off, but I have the same boots in a size 10 that I've worn out and was replacing, and the ones you sent are a good 1/2 inch shorter in length - more like a size 8. Any chance you'd refund? I'm happy to pay to ship them back. Please let me know.
