Hi. I saw the rating and the comment about cleanliness and smoky smell. I don’t smoke and am shocked that you feel there is a cleanliness problem/145 ratings and comments later I’ve never been accused of that. I will refund although I want the dress back as it’s a very nice dress. Thanks

@algautier I use a pine scented fabric spray in my inside storage area. What really concerns me is those comments that people see . I’m not a smoker nor is anyone around me. Now if someone reads the “love notes” it appears my clothes are smoky. If you want a refund you need to request one I think as I’ve never had this issue before. I will do what I can to o. K. the refund although the dress needs to be returned for a refund.

@onetinsoldier_ I never asked for a refund. You are the one who mentioned a refund in your first message to me and implied that you wanted the dress back. Your exact words were: "I will refund although I want the dress back as it’s a very nice dress" and all I said was I had no problem doing that. If you don't want people to comment on the odor of the dresses then (1) you shouldn't spray them with pine spray, or (2) you should wash out the spray smell before sending the dress.

@algautier wow. So of course you will justify publicly stating that the item smells like smoke! The spray is a fabric spray that keeps the items fresh in a very clean inside storage closet. I did mention a refund because I am willing as always to make things right with a customer. If you aren’t happy you could simply ask for a refund instead of public derogatory comments. I guess in my mind I was keeping it fresh! Curious as to why you didn’t try resolution before defamation?

@algautier I find it very odd that over a scent you feel ok about stating to potentially thousands of people that the item was “smoke smelly” that’s a pretty serious statement to put out there. You had to have known it would hurt me financially? The comments aren’t available to us for damaging someone in that way. Smoke is a very serious accusation.
