I apologize for your imperfect experience with shopping from my closet.
I disclosed the cleanliness of the shoes in the pictures and the description so that you knew there was dirt on them before you purchased them.
I took a couple days to ship your shoes because of the coronavirus. There are over 100 cases in my area, so I waited until a day when the post office wouldn’t be busy.
