redumbrella @ammrr bundle items is when the buyer want to purchase a few items from one particular seller. This is the best way to save on shipping, they pay only one shipping. And also some sellers offer Discounts on bundles, you can enable the bundling feature and adjust the bundle discount that you would like to offer.

redumbrella @ammrr so, that said, they are trying to save money, if you currently have a bundle discount, by adding the items they can see how much the discount will be. If you don't have a discount and you see that you can offer one, I will tag the person on one of the listings they liked and offer the discount.

celestegeorge Good morning Amm. I just woke up. 😊 If two people are trying to purchase the same item. I usually accept the first one. If it is in a bundle or a single item. As long as it is the price you want for your item. If the second person is paying more then you may want to go with the second one. Sometimes people make "offers" & one can be higher than the other. People are more willing to pay for a bundle if you offer a discount.

celestegeorge You can add a closet discount if you want. Go to "My Seller Tools", My Seller Discount". You can choose 5% to 30% discount & 2-7 items.

celestegeorge Also, which ever one you choose to accept. I will send a quick so sorry message to the other customer. Letting them know one of their items sold. See if they want the other items in their bundle and work out a price you both are comfortable with. I am here till 4 pm (PST) if you have any more questions. Sorry I was not able to answer sooner. ammrr @redumbrella @celestegeorge - so two different people added two different items in bundle. Now my question is if I set my bundle discount to 5%. Will they be able to apply on Any two items in my closet? I don't want to offer discount on my high end designer bags. 😔 Also, to respond back to bundle is only by making comment at the item by tagging them? Because none of them made any offer just added to bundle and that ok just one item...

redumbrella @ammrr And yes, only you can reply to them on a listing. You can create a new listing just to negotiate with people, doesn't have to be the listing that you are selling. Don't forget to to tag them though😉

celestegeorge @ammrr Looks like Allie took care of your question. 😊 If you choose to use the closet discount it is a great tool to help you sell bundles. You may want to adjust certain prices since the discount does apply to everything in your closet. It can be changed although if you ever want to use the 10% off an item & notices go out to all who "liked" it then it is best to just delete the listing and repost it. Let me know if you need help with that.
