kmglam Hey there! Just curious as to why I received an email from posh saying that your package was lost and that your payment was refunded to you. The last time I tried reaching out to you was 9 days ago, when the tracking said it was at the post office of the town that I shipped to. I contacted the post office there and was told that the package was there and pending pickup. I’m sorry if you truly did not receive the earrings and the extras I included.

kmglam I wish there was something more I could have done to help. Perhaps if you were able to get in touch with me though 9 days ago when I tried communicating with you, I could have told you that the package was at the post office. Maybe you could still try and retrieve it from your local post office. Sorry that this happened. Enjoy your weekend!
