danville Hi Amy, I’ve been in touch with Posh support. I did in fact mail your package but it has not tracked yet. I’ve had this happen twice, once, it didn’t track at all until it was out for delivery to the buyer...and the other time, it was scanned incorrectly, (didn’t register for a few days) then was sent back to my post office (from incorrect post office it was scanned to) where they corrected the scan, and at that point was on its way

danville (Continued message) I didn’t want to reach out to you till I had collected all the info from POSH. They said let’s just wait another day or two and see if it corrects itself. I, have never had a package lost. Sometimes even while watching the tracking (Bc I watch daily, every single package I mail) I will see it sit for a day or two in one spot, then finally move again. That is always concerning to me as well. If you have any questions, please please feel free to ask me

danville @akrauss Thank you. I received another Posh “standard” reply email today giving me again all the scenarios that could be at work here. I do feel it will either be in your mailbox shortly or if it was scanned incorrectly it will rescan at my local distribution center in the next two days. Posh said wait till 3/18 which is ludicrous. I’ve been selling on Posh a little over a year. I’m not concerned that it’s lost forever I’m really sorry about the inconvenience to you

danville @akrauss ok thank you. One time it never tracked until it was actually in the buyers mailbox. I think I remember it was very close to two weeks wherever it was. And it was Priority mail like this one. Yours is in one of those USPS envelopes as well. I think I used red or hot pink tissue to wrap them in and then placed them in USPS bag AND I taped the corners on top of the sticky tape they normally just close with. A thank you card is also enclosed But very secure.

danville @akrauss oh my goodness !!!! I just received an email from Posh !!! Your package just started tracking. Says it’s at Jacksonville Distribution Center. That tells me it was scanned incorrectly, was sent to another distribution center where it was discovered and then properly scanned and sent back to Jacksonville. Says you will receive it Friday !!
