Hi, I just want to respond to your rating. Unfortunately you have accepted the item, so there’s no way of issuing a refund. If the item was not as described, you should have opened a case and Poshmark would have reviewed it. You keep updating your review and accusing me of all things but I can’t do anything since you accepted the purchase. Also, I have never washed it in warm water. And it wasn’t shrunk. There are measurements that you should have checked to see if it fits you or is too small.

@sobakaka I have another sweater the same exact one in a darker
Color. This sweater was definitely washed, it’s “felted” meaning it was washed in warm water. I’ve never had a misleading item before on Poshmark. Maybe you didn’t realize it was not true to size or had been washed. I would have opened up a complaint earlier but it was a holiday weekend and I was out of town when it arrived. So take what you will from the rating. It’s not a personal comment but factual. Buyer beware.
