rogan4 Hi, I’m sorry you are unhappy with the sandals. They were in very good condition when I shipped them. I have purchased and worn Born shoes for years and have never had anything like that happen.I have never gotten anything less than 5 star ratings and would never knowingly sell something that is defective/flawed. Did you send photos to Poshmark? I would really like to see them. Thanks!! Carol
