I’m not able to comment directly via the rating [thank you, first and foremost, for a 5 star rating!) — so I thought I’d try here :> To be honest, I never attempted to unzip the dress strangely enough. I have owned, and still own, numerous Smak Parlour clothing [and completely unaware of their closing of their brick and mortar...gotta say, that news comes as yet more proof that small businesses suffer more than larger, and continue to suffer. Such a shame.

paulamcgeez My advice as to the zipper. I experienced what I’m assuming to be a similar situation I dealt with regarding a particular winter, velvet dress of theirs [i still own it, and it’s a favorite of mine...save for the damn zipper!] — so, along the zipper, the inner lining/zipper seam will sometimes be...hmm...”sloppily” sewn.

paulamcgeez The velvet dress I have requires finding the “annoying piece of fabric” that is causing the problem, and either holding it back as I unzip/zip OR cutting the excess fabric away from the seam. It’s a very tiny piece that’s the culprit, I can assure you of that from personal experience. Please let me know if this works! [sorry about the millions of posts. Poshmark only slows 500 characters]

lucymom26 The post office has been showing items as “Not yet scanned” then dropping them on my doorstep the next day-so I will let you know if it arrives before the system ever updates. I would bet the holidays are lapping the updating capability of the whole circuit. Thanks for the update, dear.
