selamposh @amypatton1977 if you go to the order page there should be a tab for problems. That’s where you open up a ticket. I would also check your email because Poshmark states they’ve sent instructions. Let me know if that’s not clear. I apologize foe this mishap. I hope you enjoyed your vacation.

I am not sure if you’ve changed your mind on the Boden dress you ordered and decided to keep the poke a dot dress I wrongfully sent you. amypatton1977 @lizzieearle that’s what happened to me yesterday, that it was delivered to me but it wasn’t. So today, I put in a claim with USPS and I got notice it was sent back to seller today because it was undeliverable. I notified Poshmark under my purchases. I went to the post office to see what was going on and told them the story and they told me it was a tiny box, not the box of a 6 ft. Animatronic.
