Hi Amy, my name is Kathryn Miller and I just purchased a bundle of boys clothing from you. It arrived today C.O.D. I do not understand why. I paid the shipping required by the site and it didn't mention extra shipping because it said to save on shipping to bundle which is what I did. Could you please explain why you sent it C.O.D?

@darlin2u2013 the tracking number on USPS says it was not able to deliver to a secure location. Are you sure it’s asking for money and not just saying it needs to be picked up?

@amy312 , my husband was here and talked to the mail lady. He refused to pay until he talked to me about it. I sent you a pic of the paper she left with amount owed to email you gave me. According to posh the post office charged that because the package was over weight. That I have to send it back to you to be relabled. I'm sorry for all the confusion.

@darlin2u2013 I did not get your email but the package was under 5lbs so there should have not been any additional charge. Does it give you the option to return the package to me? How much are they trying to charge you?

@amy312 According to the frequent asked questions on posh, the post office will return it to you and they were charging me $21.39, that's why my husband was like I need to talk to my wife first. I'm not sure how long it will take the post office to return it.

@darlin2u2013 I’m sorry this is such a mess. I am POSITIVE the box was under 5lbs. I just went on USPS and requested return to sender but it did not give me a time frame. As soon as I get it back I will find a solution.

@darlin2u2013 the tracking # has not been updated by USPS. I contacted PM customer service to see if they are able to cancel the order since I feel like it’s lost in transit at this point. Hopefully they respond quickly.

@darlin2u2013 PM Sent an email they are canceling the order since the package seems to be lost and they will be refunding your account. If the package ever shows up in the mail I will reach out to you thank you sorry this was such a mess I’ve never had this problem before
