Hi Amy! My name is Tracey, you ordered the Nike sweatshirt from me. I honestly didnt know the swoosh used to be black or that the K was ripped. I did see a couple little black threads coming off the swoosh but i didn't put two & two together. Regardless, I feel horrible about it and i want to make it right.

Unfortunately i don't know how to do a refund but i was thinking of you posted the sweatshirt for the total amount you paid (include the $5.95 shipping) i will buy it back from you. That way you will get a shipping label to send it back to me, it won't cost you anything & you'll get your money back. Would that work?

@amyhay23 consider your offer accepted! The shoes happen to already be listed for that price over on Mer©ari. It works the same as PM if you haven't used it before. You buy the item and get a tracking number for the shipping etc. only difference is I'm able to list items cheaper there. Just search for the title of the item (same title as its listed on PM) and select the size to look for. My listing should be close to the top. Thanks! Let me know if I can help with anything else :)
