I read your complaint on the Ivory Ella outfit which was you purchased. This outfit was New and never worn. There were no defects with this outfit upon packing and shipping. Please send me a photo of your issue. Shipping has been delayed recently due to weather in the Midwest etc. and was out of my control. Nancy
