monarchfashion I always check out my merchandise before I send it out thoroughly. On the bottom of the skirt there were a lot of strings and it looked like it was unraveling. that's why I cancelled it. I will not send poor quality. I'm very sorry and when I get another one back in stock I will be sure to tag you. I did it for your benefit believe me!
