mekhail27 Hello Amy, I’m sorry to hear you didn’t like the temp on the mini flat iron, you cannot control the heat on that one. However leaving a 1 star rating greatly affects my posh scoring. I don’t know what I could have done differently, I accepted your low offer and shipped out the next day. Again I’m sorry you’re not happy with the small iron, but that’s not a defect or something I could control.
