What is the correct way to size jeans on here? For example, I have the same style in 36Wx30L, 36Wx32L, 36Wx34L - the only option other than "custom size" is "36 Waist" - how are they supposed to be listed on here to be consistent? I see you can only filter a search by "36 Waist" - not by length.

@awdsnends Unfortunately length is not an option for preselected sizing. So you can do custom sizing and put it there. You can do just the waist size in the preselected but theres a chance that if you put the waist and length in the description the buyer wont read the description and miss that. I do custom sizing as much as i can. I put everything in the description too.

@r3ckless_beauty so I have another question - I know you have a pretty good network that may help too. A potential customer is asking if I will allow a return on something if it doesn’t match. First, I really don’t have a problem with this. But Poshmark does not allow returns unless not as described and I don’t want the return to affect any of my metrics. What should I do? Sell the item and say I’ll accept a return? Or tell them I cannot do that bc it’s against policy?

@awdsnends Hey! Poshmark doesnt support returns for size/buyers remorse. If the buyer opens a case they would be lying about why they are opening a case and that doesnt look good for either of you. I would let the buyer know that they cannot return it and then its up to you if you want to make the sale.

is there a way to refund a buyer without requiring a return? We made our first mistake and don't want the buyer to have to deal with sending the item back and just let them keep it. We sold jeans and didn't put a front photo showing the "distressed" style and only wrote about it in the description.
