scottszelda Hi Amy, I just wanted to let you know I shipped out your boots on December 14th. I sent them out at the same time as another pair of boots I sold and those started tracking immediately. I have no idea why tracking hasn’t started on your boots but I apologize for the wait. Hopefully the post office sorts itself out soon and if not, I’ll make a trip to mine and see if they can figure out what they did with it. Again, sorry for the wait.

scottszelda @amymathis10 I called the post office yesterday and was unable to talk to an individual. Everything seems to be automated right now. I’m going to stop by my local office today and see if they’re able to locate it. I’ll let you know.

scottszelda @amymathis10 Post office didn’t find the package in the back while I was there but I’m hoping it’ll turn up now that they’re aware it’s missing. I really don’t know what to do except hope someone finds it. I just don’t understand how I dropped them both off at the same time and only one was scanned. I’m so sorry about this - I feel awful.

I came back to tell you the post office finally managed to tell me they’ve at least received the package. I tried to intercept it online to get it back but apparently the package is ineligible. I realize you’ve already canceled the order but if you do end up receiving the boots eventually please let me know so I can pay you to have them shipped back because at this point I have no boots and no payment:/ Thanks!
