ppulsinelli3 Hello, I had purchased your Gucci bag a few days ago. I opened up the package yesterday to look at the bag. I actually don’t love it. I didn’t wanna file a claim because I didn’t want you to have nothing but a five star but I would really like to return it. Please let me know. The purse feels very stiff for some reason. Thank you

ppulsinelli3 That would be great. Everything that’s been happening I just put the package in the office and forgot about it. A lot of craziness here in my town. Everything is shut down. Very scary. I like the Gucci boots.
