1111tatoo Hi Amy. It’s kelly you bought the blk lthr Patricia Nash bag from.I’m sick and had someone help me. I moved recently and know I have the bag but can’t locate it right now. It’s most likely at my shop My helper wasn’t sure how it works and did the label and answered all the ?s but not sure why she said shipped I’m so sorry. I will find it soon but if you want to do a refund we can or I think you can decline It’s an excellent bag and I can notify you if you would like when I find it
