jlobie Hi there! I got the birkenstocks back with a note that basically said I wasn't able to use the box I did, which is weird because I've never had a problem with boxes before. Poshmark also said their shipping labels changed so maybe the post office wasnt letting the package be delivered because if that reason. Anyway, I shipped again a couple days ago in a shipping bag with a new label, so hopefully they will make it to you this time. :) Sorry about this!

asummer9 Hey there! That's frustrating -- I'm sorry this is all happening! They sent me a notice the first time saying that I owed ~$35 for shipping, so I contacted Poshmark to see what was happening. They said that it might have that the box was overweight or something. I did ask them if they would contact you (I wasn't sure how) and let you know what was happening. Hopefully it'll go through, and thank you for going to all the trouble!
