sunbursthancock I once ordered something that was never delivered & they refunded me and also once someone ordered something from me and it was never delivered to them and Posh refunded them. I’m so sorry this has happened! If you go into the order and report the issue, they should be able to help because it’s priority shipping & has insurance on it.
