hollyone @sbecker1962 Oh... sorry. I know I wish now I had a cute closet name. I started out doing this to help my son and his girlfriend Holly raise money for a trip they wanted to take. He was selling on A different site and I said “ I have all these clothes I don’t wear so I will sell them on Posh and give you the money.” Well the trip is long over but I thought it was fun and lord knows I have WAY too many things.

hollyone @sbecker1962 I also have a friend who wears larger sizes. She buys high end things and lately has been giving them to me to sell. She tells me the background ( new, EUC, worn once etc...) and I list them. She has zero interest in doing this but she has some gorgeous plus sizes so I post them for her. Some of those proceeds have been going to help out an elderly friend of ours.

hollyone @sbecker1962 oh and I’m more like a size 10. I WAS an 8 but I think I have to face facts that 8 is too tight. Maybe that will change but for now..... I’m buying some clothes with some wiggle room. I’m 5”5 and have put on weight since my husband had a stroke in January 2017. It was a crazy time and I ate my way through it. He’s doing well though so we are blessed

I don’t know, probably high school. It is SO much harder to lose weight now that I’m older. Ugh I know if we were in the same city we would be BFF’s 💗

hollyone @sbecker1962 being a bargain hunter. I find if I buy off season, it makes a huge difference. Very soon it will be time to buy winter sale items for next year. I have always done that with my kids too. Then they get to the age where either sizes aren’t predictable any more or they want to shop themselves but that’s ok because I have instilled this habit in them too 👍

She is a retired nurse and two of my sisters are nurses so I think my mom is probably the reason we all ended up in helping professions. I’m usually nice, sometimes not very patient though. You know us addicts , we have very little tolerance for delayed gratification. I WANT IT NOW. 😂😂😂 This app is just too easy to click a button and buy. Yikes.

The Super Bowl is here this year so many festivities. It was really cold and we were there for about 3 hours. I woke up with a sore throat etc.... not feeling well but thought it was just a cold.

I just explained that it was a newer listing and that a 50% discount was not something I could do especially on a new listing. I told her 20% off was kind of standard on Posh for a discount unless the person says “give me a low ball” or something like that which I do see occasionally. I think some just want to clear the closet and be done 😂

I got a little lazy today and didn’t take as many photos etc... my daughter was like “ oh I wouldn’t put measurements in there unless someone asked” I was like “ well...... for me it’s easier to just measure it rather than try to find the damn thing later on and measure it” 😂😂 She has tons of closet space, I have to dig through boxes and plastic tubs🤣
