hitherto Hi Amy, I’m sorry that you were disappointed with the costume. I have never received a low rating so a 2 is a shock. It can be hard to know size of online items and I, too, have been disappointed with the size of purchases. To prevent regret ask questions/measurements or check photos for context clues, for example, the costume you purchased looks like one hanger wide and 1 ½ hangers long. It'll save you frustration. If an item really is not as described, report it and return it.
