meghbh @amyktruitt Hey Amy, I saw your comment. I wanted to reply here so you didn't feel like my reply was totally contrived for the benefit of other Poshers. I totally understand why you would feel that way. Ive lost sleep over that whole scenario. I don't even want to explain myself too much right now because I would imagine it wouldn't be very believable at this point.

meghbh @amyktruitt Instead I wrote a card explaining what happened, and sent it along with a little gift as an apology so that I could at least demonstrate some follow through before asking you to consider anything I say about what happened. I didn't do that because I want you to buy my pieces either, but because it bothers me to have someone think about me personally the way that I would imagine I would think about myself if I'd had a similar experience to yours.

Im sure you're thinking, "I'll believe that that's on the way when I see it," which is totally fair too and why I wasn't even going to mention it was on the way since I know that assurance has zero credibility, but since

I guess what I'm saying is that I hope to prove to you that I am reliable and honest, but that I understand words are cheap, so I tried to contrive a scenario where my follow through demonstrates that my actions are normally contrary to your last experience

meghbh @amyktruitt I didn't even think about the Posh account being put on vacation as being obnoxious, but now, reading your post, I can see how that must have looked. I wasn't on vacation- I actually put it on hold to avoid having other customer orders delayed/canceled. I was totally overwhelmed and in crisis mode between work and home, and I knew there was no way I could even begin working on new orders until everything was back under control. I should have let communicated that though.

amyktruitt @meghbh it's fine. I only wish you had not went as far as to say, it had been sent. I'm in health care and understand more than most. I accept your apology. I just would hope moving forward you don't mislead. People order for bdays or Anniversary or themselves. I know my things are scanned as soon as I'm post office hands. That's how I knew there was no way :(

amyktruitt @diamonds1313 I did receive just short while ago. Nice surprise! I only question authenticity because it's so shiny. All other pieces have regular yurman tarnish. I know you said it is new, so I am going with that? Size is little big but wouldn't want any smaller. I like rings loose.....👍🏻
