I need to tell you that we are having massive outages here in Washington due to wildfires and a recent transformer explosion ( that one happened one hour ago.. 😳). kallie2013 I’m happy to make it right by sending boots.. but to do that I needed you to respond to me. let me know what you’d like me to do and I’ll do it. I’m happy to own I’m not perfect and made a mistake. But the only thing I could do is message you IMMEDIATELY after I saw my error — the day I mailed boots I saw my mistake!— I’ve tried to message you. Giving me terrible rating wasn’t helpful to resolution.
