Hey, there! Just wanted to check in with the tracking update on your sweater. I just checked the tracking info again and the USPS status still says it is in transit to destination and the expected delivery date is today by 8pm. I'm assuming all the holiday mail and deliveries must have something to do with it. Just wanted to check in with you!

Thanks for the offer. Poshmark fees are pretty high on anything under $15. I’ve countered my best, but perhaps you see something you would like to bundle? It’s only one shipping charge & I would have more room to negotiate bundles over $15.

Hi there, I'm sorry to see your rating. I didn't see any rips on the shoulder of the sweater and the shoulders are also shown in the pictures. Did it rip when you tried it on? I'm just confused because I also took pictures while packing this and didn't see any flaws other than the one hole shown in the listing.

I don't think so...I can still wear it with a jean jacket but when it's gets warmer i won't be able to wear it because of the shoulder/ top back of sleeve ☹️

I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with your purchase. I've sold over 300 items on Poshmark and have a 5 star rating. I will be happy to offer you a refund. I never used those items, I only had those few so I wasn't aware of any problems. I gave some away as free gifts and didn't hear anything from any customers. I wish you would have contacted me prior to giving me a 1 star rating. I will look into offering the refund
