@roachak I’m very sorry that USPS never delivered your order. I did not mark your order as delivered though, it’s impossible for a seller on Poshmark to do that. If it’s marked delivered that means Poshmark made an error and marked it delivered. I’ve contacted Poshmark twice to report that your order hasn’t been delivered yet and that according to the tracking it looks like usps lost the package.

@roachak The Poshmark support agent told me that if it wasn’t delivered by 1/31 to contact them, which I did, and they would be handling it as a lost package which means you would be fully refunded.
I also messaged you twice to let you know what was going on. I’m very sorry for whatever has gone wrong with your order being marked delivered but again I did not do that and have been trying to get Poshmark to refund you as usps has likely lost the package.

@roachak I’m contacting Poshmark again about this as it’s not right that they mark your order delivered when it’s not. You’ll also need to let them know too that you did not receive the package and open a not delivered case so that they can refund you. I would also greatly appreciate if you would consider changing the 1 star rating you gave me as this is Poshmark’s fault, not mine. Again I’m very sorry to see that USPS lost your order.
