I will send a third email and let you know as soon as I hear back. I am not concerned about getting the incorrect shirt back as much as I am concerned about getting you your complete order. thelovelylops hi Amy, i am so sorry about the boots! I wasn't trying to do anything intentionally malicious or deceiving. i had bought them at a sample sale and men's samples are typically 11. I assumed they were new based on where I bought them from. instead of reselling, you can just issue a return. I'm really sorry about this, again I was not trying to deceive, it was just the info i had
