amkane502 @cosmicmoon26 the postal lady said because it was a flat rate box it would cost more than what the posh label was for. So there was a chance it would come back to me. Very frustrating. It’s all repackaged in the new box and I will drop it if this afternoon when I go to work.

cosmicmoon26 @amkane502 I'm so sorry. Flat rate is what we use. She is out of the loop. If it were over 5lbs then yes. Again, I use these boxes 95% of the time unless I use my own mailers or I am mailing on M Please choose something and I will send it to you.

cosmicmoon26 @amkane502 Well my friend, guess what showed up in our mail? We picked up Saturdays mail today and there was the hoodie, with your shipping label on it! I must have printed off the label twice thinking they were two different labels. The post office didn't catch it until who knows when but the poor lady that I thought got your hoodie never received anything. So my bad for two of the same labels. Post office bad because they didn't scan the second package.

cosmicmoon26 @amkane502 No. I sent her a humble apology. The thing is, since one label was a duplicate, it should have not left p.o. at all since there was already one scan on that number. What's even weirder is, Poshmark was reminding me to send the jacket AFTER you had received it. Then, as I said before, the jacket never showed having been scanned. Regardless, I am sending you the hoodie tomorrow myself because you have been great through all of this.

amkane502 @cosmicmoon26 I was just going through my emails...and posh sent me one on Saturday saying it had been rerouted back to you by the PO. So annoying. I’ve been shopping on here for two years I think..and only had this issue two other times...Haha anyway it’s bound to happen to me at some point probably since I just started selling stuff myself. The hardest part when these things happen not being able to speak to someone directly.

cosmicmoon26 @amkane502 I agree! It was insane trying to relate this situation to someone behind a keyboard and not talking to someone or chatting directly. I imagine they are as confused as I was after explaining because I had to put your order #, her order# and your addresses. I hope that this was my first and only time to have this happen because it stresses me out! I have to have a fail safe system in place (I thought I did) and just slow down.

amkane502 @cosmicmoon26 good morning...so I’ve checked my credit card...I was charged twice for $24.99...once on Saturday and again yesterday. When I bought the top from you I had a credit balance from selling a couple of things and that’s where it shows it was taken from when I look at my buying history. So I have been charged 3x now. Once from my posh balance and twice on my credit card. I haven’t bought anything else.

amkane502 @cosmicmoon26 it’s all good. Just don’t know why I would get charged a 2nd time...I emailed them through the support or whatever it is. I thought it was 3x...but forgot I purchased a beach bag on Monday...that was delayed showing up anyway that’s why I thought it was 3x for the Volcom top. Hope that makes sense. We’ll see what they say. Sorry for the confusion.

I spoke to the postmaster after a long debate with the counter person. The post master just called me back and apologized and apparently there are many uninformed postal employees that are no up to speed on the Pre-paid posh label. My email is on my page. Thanks.

The support rep said he/she would "keep an eye on it just in case." So Amy, I feel like we have gotten to be friends. amkane502 @cosmicmoon26 nothing from posh. I am the one who has been charged twice for something I never had in my possession. I did everything I was suppose to. Ordered something..got the the wrong thing..sent it back ASAP..got double charged For something I never received..not your fault. But I am the one who is not being responded to by posh. This is not making me happy with how they deal with things. I have been charged $24.99 (credit card) and $24.99 (posh balance) for something I never received.

What stressed me the most about this is not being able to speak to someone on either side to resolve the issue. I just think things like this could be handled in a better way by them. cosmicmoon26 I totally understand. I emailed them to a response when I got up telling them that you had been charged twice. I am so glad that this is over and again, I am so sorry that this was such a struggle. I was asking you to email me at the address on the "about me" page because I wanted to share an experience (not good) at the post office yesterday. Apparently not all postal workers understand Posh has a shipping contract and that we CAN indeed use the free boxes, flat rate.

cosmicmoon26 I went to a different p.o. yesterday and a postal guy at the counter was giving me a hard time saying that there would be postage due on all of my packages, I explained the Posh guidelines to deaf ears. I asked to speak to the postmaster and he did not know that either so he said he would check into it and call me which he did like two hours later. .

I was like but this is the box that was used to get to me and it was fine. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m glad it’s been resolved. Haha I was going to email you last night..it was late when I got home from work and I was exhausted. For some reason I couldn’t just copy your email...I got tired trying and gave up. Haha

I’m going to add the photos to the listing in just a bit. You can’t see the stain in most lighting but I figured I’d let you know.
