abbey_road0 Hi Amy! I hope your Joules shirt arrived safely and it will look amazing on your little one! I noticed a 4 Star rating.. is there anything I can do to change that to a 5 Star rating? thetreasureward Hello I noticed your rating. I am sorry you are not 5 star happy. I strive for my customer's 100% satisfaction. I have never recieved a 3 star rating before and wanted to ask if you would consider changing it. The shipping time unfortunately was out of my control. The USPS has been experiencing serious delays due to COVID-19. I am sorry it wasn't delivered on time. There isn't anything I could have done to improve their delivery time.
