grate_ful @abclothier hi Amy so I guess when I get a notification to lower items in my closet and I do thats when the shipping discount is applied the shipping promotion is good for 1 hour from the time I lower my item. I hope this makes sense I'm sorry I can't change the shipping fees.. I will still lower the price of the booties to $35.00 if you still want them..
