polly_morfic @dabree1976 Hi. This is a tough question that is really up to you. The way I see it is,- there is nothing inaccurate about the listing. They are size 40, which is what is printed inside the boot. The manufacturer’s size 40 apparently is too big for you, but that is how they are manufactured, which I have no control over. I’m not an actual store, which can do replacements due to size. If you choose to make a return request and Poshmark grants it, I will have to pay to ship the shoes back.

polly_morfic I don’t really feel that’s fair because I listed the boots as accurately as possible. I think on Poshmark, the buyer takes a certain risk, because you are buying from an individual and not a retail store. The final decision is up to you, but I thank you for allowing me to give you my opinion on it. I appreciate your open-mindedness 😊
