amynardozzi @dianaaguirre69 Hi. When I went to return the Birkenstocks I accidentally accepted them, so I emailed Posh Support. They gave me a full refund, and said that I did not have to send them back. I do believe that you were paid for selling them because of my mistake. If you would like me to return them, that is fine but I do not have a return label for them & I will not be shipping them out of my own pocket. If you are able to get posh to send me a label I will return them quickly.

amynardozzi @dianaaguirre69 On another note, I was extremely disappointed by these shoes. They came in terrible condition and not at all like was described. The size was different than advertised and the leather is falling off the sides. Extremely misleading and dishonest. If you do selling these again, make sure you disclose the actual condition of the Birkenstocks and price accordingly.

socalstyled Hi Amy thank you for the five star rating and I'm so sorry about the string in the pants I didn't even realize there was a string in them cuz most Adidas pants don't have them but you're right the tiro pants do now that I'm thinking about it. And I think I sent you a gift to right? I can't remember what I put in your package cuz I had so many orders to get out but I hope you like everything. Let me know if you'd like me to do something about the string missing I truly didn't realize.

socalstyled Oops I meant to say the two star rating, how was the rest of the order? Wear the pants okay besides the string missing? I always try to give great customer service and include a guest so hopefully that made up for some of that. I guess that brought me down three stars which seems kind of steep but that's okay live and learn. Thanks again
