@amaya1111 hey I sent the package out yesterday I had to buy a new postage there because the box was over 5lbs and so it’s not going to track because I didn’t buy a new label from Poshmark so it will arrive in about 2 days

Hi Amy, these are almost new and the zipper works perfectly when I shipped them off. I pride myself in selling only items that are in near perfect condition. I'm sure a little soap rubbed on the zippers will loosen them up and if that doesn't work- send them back. So sorry. -Robin

To make a zipper slide easier and more smoothly, you can rub several household items directly on the zipper, such as a graphite pencil, candle wax or a bar of soap, to lubricate contact points and prevent the zipper from getting stuck. Zippers also get stuck sometimes when strands of thread or small pieces of fabric are caught anywhere in the zipping mechanism. Clearing these obstructions will also help the zipper slide easier. Hope this helps! :)
