No it's a snap closure😊overall it's a nice bag, I have an overnight set in the same design and I love it 😍 the designs never go out of style even once the style is retired 👌🏽

@rayqueen thank you. I finally figured out the name of the tote. It's the Bucket Tote. I prefer zipper top, toggle as second option. I do love the print, but not the style. :( Thank you so much for your replies. I will have to pass.
