nicolefinch975 Hi Amy, I am in the desert too hope you have found that fish taco but if you haven’t your best option is probably to go south of the border to some place like Rocky Point where they will pull the fish out of the water right before before you and cook it up. I live in AZ and I had the best shrimp taco in a tiny road side stand that way, the best! My husband is a chef and we are from Louisiana…we both know food and I have to say that was an awesome taco experience! Happy Poshing! Nicole
