I lost my best friend on the left in October of 2010 to a car accident, and haven't had any other loyal friends besides them. I just love seeing her beautiful smiling face everyday. msleslied1 @toottoot2014. Amy, while packaging up the boots, one of the rubber heel soles feel off, so I took to a shoe repair yesterday...he was out and would be a long ordering process, taking to a bigger shoe repair today with hopes of it being fixed on the spot. Then they will go right into the mail.

msleslied1 I cant believe u r having another terrible experience here on Posh. I have taken these boots to 3 different shoe shops and one wanted $20., too much obviously...I went out of town and tried this box store for purchase of just the little heel piece that is missing and waited til i was going there to try..they were out..I’m now researching the web today..if no luck..I may have to either cancel or bite the bullet and lose money to fix the.

msleslied1 In 2.5 years I have NEVER ever had anything like this happen..I have always delivered...and well and nicely....This one just threw me when I was packing and the heel piece was missing...I feel so so awful most of all for you because this happened to you before...TODAY after little more research deciding if I’m gonna just take the big hit and pay to fix them or cancel..not sure what my conscience will live with...Pls give me today to make this decision...I am so sorry

So, I will be completely fine with going ahead and canceling the order.Its obviously going to make you lose money, and I don't want that for you.So you can go ahead and cancel, and I assure you that I will not hold it against you or leave negative feedback dealing with this situation.Stuff happens,and this is just one of those times.

msleslied1 These boots r still in my car and I still have your printed label..out of the clear, they will come to u..I am so uncomfortable with this I’m getting them fixed. It doesn’t work for me that this happened like this & doesn’t fit w how I do my closet....I would rather loose money, so they r being sent out to repair...don’t want u having lost 2 buys either...I should have made it work soon & just lost the money..Leslie
