douglas_woodley Hi. We completed an order for a pair of men’s dress pants - the tracking indicates they were delivered, but they were not received. Do you know the process when a package did not make it to the destination? I have not had that happen before - and can not find information about the process. Thank you. -doug

amyread34 @douglas_woodley I think you should have to go in and “accept” the order and when you do that you should be able to comment. Otherwise just contact support. They have been really great for me but I’ve actually only had one issue in the past and it was on an order I received, not sold.
