@aspax hello! I am so sorry to hear you aren't 100% happy with the Billy Reid boots. I use a leather cleaner before shipping leather items, perhaps that is the smell? I really pride myself on having the cleanest possible used items. If that's the case the smell should fade within the week. As to being "like new", I did not claim that anywhere in the listing, perhaps you were thinking of another item there? Again, thank you and have a great day!
