Hello and thank you for the warm welcome! Can I ask a question? What is the usual timeframe between placing an order and actually having it sent. I ordered a dress ( the whole reason I joined ) and its still listed as processing. I noticed today ( still trying to figure out how things work ) that the seller hasnt been on since November. A little concerned that she doesn't monitor her store, suggestions or info on how to contact her would be appreciated. Thank you much.

@serenees when did you place the order? I live in Ga and I made a sale last week because the lady wanted to take it on vacation. I told her I wouldn’t ship at all if it wouldn’t get there. We got 8” of snow. I’m guessing that is the reason my shipment is still processing. If a seller ships immediately or next day, you should get it in a couple of days. I do know that if someone hasn’t shipped within a couple of days, posh sends a reminder-a nice get it in the mail msg.

You can also cancel. You can comment on her board and ask if it’s been shipped. Also, check her sales #’s and love notes, if she has any. I think that you should email pm.

Go to posh cust serv and send an email. You will need the name and posh name and give the order date and #. You will get a form response, first. It will say they will address the issue. I’m sorry that this has not been a good experience.
