Oh No! Packaging up your bag last night I noticed some pale ink marks on the underside of the front flap that I had not noticed before. I took close ups this evening after work.

I shipped the Coach bag. My hope is that you'll be satisfied with the condition of the bag. The ink marks are pretty faded, and are confined to the underside of the front flap, and located in a low profile place -- near the snap closure.

Hey!! I'm packaging up your charger, I was holding it in my work back and the packaging of the item itself has loose cardboard around it and it looks like some dirt or dust fell through but it is just the packaging, the item itself is perfect, do you want to see a picture? It's hard to explain, I'm confident that there is nothing wrong with the keychain it's the packaging! I wanted to let you know beforehand so you dont open it and say "what the hell?!"
