I was thinking possibly have you tried restarting it? Maybe that will solve the problem. Because before I sent it out, I made sure it was working. Let me know how I can assist you so I can do research if it’s a common provlem and help you out

@morvamy but from what she told me, she has never has a problem with it. She says it has never gotten hot either. So I’m guessing it’s the new charger. Let me know if you’d like for me to send you the original one. I’d be more than glad to do that

@morvamy no problem! Let me know! I’m positive the charger is the problem! I should’ve told you it was a replacement charger but I didn’t think there was a difference with fit bit chargers. I’d probably just have to send you the original charger which I don’t mind at All. Hope it works out.

@niellestyles hey, I heard back from the postmark people but they just sent me a return label and didn't really answer the question. I'd like to try to make it work with the correct charger. I only have 2 days to return it so I'm not sure how to proceed 😢

@morvamy I think the easiest way is to just return it with the label and I’ll just switch out the charger for the original one. Then when you automatically get your refund, I’ll put a new listing and just repurchase. Does that work for you?

@morvamy They should of gotten back to you by now. Hate for you to have to pay for shipping. I haven't heard from the person who got your skirt. I contacted her and explained situation and to contact Poshmart too. I do have another skirt I could give you like the 1 you bought I could just send you. Different pattern but same style. I'll contact Poshmart too again. Look at the skirt in my Poshmart closet.
So sorry for mess up.
