beckypie1226 @askslp Hi! I am sorry you weren’t happy with your purchase. In the future would you please just ask for a refund? I would much prefer that then you leaving a horrible 2 star rating. The jacket was shipped the same day, is a beautiful jacket, and in excellent shape otherwise. Had i seen that stain when posting it I would have mentioned it or not have sold it. If you look at my other reviews you would know that I am a top rated seller. This was not done intentionally.

askslp @beckypie1226 Hi Becky, I think my review was fair. I acknowledged that the item came very quickly and I am sure that you did not intentionally omit the stains from your listing, but as I mentioned I would have preferred to have known about it prior to shipping instead of having another random item included as compensation.

askslp @beckypie1226 I didn’t want to decline the purchase as that would be a hassle and I don’t have time to replace it for my event. I understand that people don’t want poor reviews, but the whole purpose of the review system is to provide feedback and I don’t appreciate being harassed for it. You can consider my polite feedback or disregard it, but I don’t think I need to justify it any further.

bentedgealchemy Hi Amy, I have been following the progress of your purchase and tracking shows that it will be delivered today. My apologies that it seems to have taken longer than estimated by USPS. I shipped the day after you purchased. I don't know between winter weather or Covid which has been likely to affect this. We have had a ton of snow here. Completely out of my hands. Nevertheless, it's arriving today or so tracking shows. Enjoy and thank you!

bentedgealchemy Hi Amy, I just checked the tracking on your package and while the date has been updated as yesterday it isn't moving...still sitting in your city distribution center. I put in a request for "delayed/missing mail". My experience has been that these inquiries typically shake things loose and gets mail moving again. Fingers crossed!
