cdorsey274 Thank you so much for such quick shipping! I got notified the package arrived today. Unfortunately, I had surgery today, and I was admitted overnight. So I'll have to wait till tomorrow, to inspect, and accept it. This is my 1st purchase on Poshmark, and I couldn't figure out how to private message you, if that's even an option.

I've reached out to CS and getting no response so before I start this, may I ask what your experience is with the overall transactions and process of your items? emptynestlulu @alline68 Hi!! I’m happy to help all I can. I am viewing my account on my laptop right now and this is what I see. In the upper right hand corner, click on your profile photo. Scroll down to Account Settings. Select Account Info from the left hand side of the screen. This will give you the option to change your screen name.

emptynestlulu To post items for sale, click the SELL ON POSHMARK underneath your profile pic. Be as thorough and descriptive as possible with your item and fill out all information. I usually share items from my closet at least 3 times a day. You can share with your followers or to specific Posh parties. Follow your news feed throughout the day for anyone that likes your items and bundle those items and send them a private discount.

emptynestlulu Once someone purchases from you, there will be an email sent to the one you have on file in your Posh account and you print the shipping label from there. All priority shipping boxes can be picked up at the post office for no cost.

emptynestlulu Once you place in the mail, you will begin to receive email notifications with tracking of your package. Once the purchaser receives the package, they have 72 hours to inspect and accept/rate the order. If the purchaser doesn’t do so, Poshmark will automatically credit your account with the finds from that sale. Credits from your sales may be used for future Poshmark purchases or you can transfer the funds to a bank account.
