amg4274 I live in Kentucky so it will probably take another week to get it. I bought another LV bag around Christmas and it took over 2 weeks to get it but i thought maybe they were just backlogged due to the holidays. We'll see!

joyjoyce883 Hi!! It finally got through the authentication process. I forget about the faint pen mark on the inside of the bag or I would have added into the photos and description. I hope that doesn’t deter you from releasing the funds. Ive had the bag for years and it never bothered me since it is completely unnoticeable from the outside. Anyway, my point is, it’s still a beautiful bag that they don’t make anymore. I hope you love it just as much as it has been loved by me 💕

amg4274 @demilouine they sent me a shipping label but I don’t have to ship until the 29th so I’ll wait to see what you hear back from them. I got like a generic message from them saying they are neutral in this decision and require pics before coming to a decision. That’s something they should say if I had a complaint with you so it made no sense. I think they just have prewritten messages they click on. I hope it works out for you! Merry Christmas 🎁

I don’t know how to send the pics unless I post them in my closet and then you save the images. Then I can delete it

amg4274 @demilouine sorry it’s been crazy here. The bomb in Nashville took out the central office for ATT which our service comes through. I’ve had no service. I had to drive an hour away to get service and didn’t think to take the pics before I left home. Hopefully they will have the problem fixed soon. I thought the pics I sent to M would have saved on my phone but they didn’t. I will send them ASAP.

amg4274 @demilouine I posted the other pics of what was left that was completely undamaged. There are a few pieces that I might would keep if you’re just going to throw away like the platter that has 2 big chips out of it. I know it had one before but now has 2. I might be able to color in with a marker and still use it. Anyway I guess I need to ship out the broken pieces tomorrow or Tuesday. I really hope they refund your money. amg4274 @demilouine only 1 mug was not either chipped or broken. The handles broke off of 2 and one is chipped. What would you take for the undamaged dishes left which includes 4 salad bowls, 3 dessert plates, sugar (no lid),creamer 2 saucers and a mug plus if your going to toss them I will take the platter, chipped mug and saucer
