@6767amy -You purchased an item from me Feb 8 and when USPS tried to deliver it Feb 11, you refused it. So I do not have the item and you have not accepted it. Where did the item go? Why did you refuse delivery of an item you purchased?

@6767amy try clicking on the bottom tab, News, and you should see a message, like “you have received your order…” and click there and you can accept. Alternatively you can click on your bottom right tab, for your self, select purchases and click on the purchase and then it should take you to a page to accept it

Please contact Poshmark support by emailing support@poshmark.com and tell them you have the item (I sent) from USPS and you want to accept it. There seems to be a glitch due to USPS’s tracking system.
